Dupont De Nemours Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company commonly referred to as DuPont was an American company that was founded in July 1802 in Wilmington, Delaware, as a gunpowder mill by French-American chemist and industrialist Éleuthère Irénée du Pont.
In the 20th century, DuPont developed many polymers such as Vespel, neoprene, nylon, Corian, Teflon, Mylar, Kapton, Kevlar, Zemdrain, M5 fiber, Nomex, Tyvek, Sorona, Corfam, and Lycra. DuPont developed Freon (chlorofluorocarbons) for the refrigerant industry, and later other refrigerants. It also developed synthetic pigments and paints including ChromaFlair.
In 2014, DuPont was the world's fourth-largest chemical company based on market capitalization and eighth-largest based on revenue. On August 31, 2017, it merged with the Dow Chemical Company to create DowDuPont, the world's largest chemical company in terms of sales. Subsequently, DowDuPont spun off three businesses and is now the new DuPont.
A former employee of Dupont De Nemours shared his/her opinion on Indeed in August 2020:
"Consultants are treated as second class people there. They are not respected or given a fair shake as company employees are".
Manufacturing Technician (Former Employee) says"Trallee Park's mgmt will lie to you, even if you have it in writing. Their trainer is horrible, no people skills @ all. Fellow workers will yell & scream @ you for no reason other then to make themselves feel superior. Mgmt is made aware of these outbursts &, in one instance, actually witness it, & do nothing. Here, the core value of respect for people, are just words. This place is a model on how NOT to treat people. People will smile & talk to you then go to mgmt about something you may be doing wrong. Those same people don't even know the procedures they are supposed to be following. There are other Dupont sites way better managed & have a way better culture then this one. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Trallee Park.NoneSee Above"

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Current Employee) says"places is ran by a bipolar plant manger. He's more involved in drama then most of the workers are. Hates you one day then needs you the next. Don't expect to learn anything because all of the higher management has been here for years and don't want to be replaced so they literally won't teach you anything. If you're someone who wants to come in and do the bare minimum work here."

I worked there for 9 1/2 months as a contract to hire and they fired me for a completely made up reason. While I was there they also let several people go that spent years there. So if your looking for a short time gig with nasty management and no job security then this is the job for you!"
